This role is for an appointment setter, lead list caller, front desk / reception. Must have experience using a MAC and not afraid to make cold sales calls. No professional dog experience required, but must have amazing phone skills!

The Zoom Room, Woodland Hills is seeking experienced phone sales rep to join our team. We provide a safe, indoor space for dogs and puppies to receive socialization and training along with their families. Using only positive training methods, we help people deepen the bonds of communication with their pups through obedience, agility, and enrichment classes. We regularly give back to local rescues through direct donations and fundraiser events that we host ourselves, such as Doggy Disco nights (yes, we have a disco ball!). General Job Description:

• Essential Functions:
• Prior phone sales & appointment booking experience required
• Must be confident in approaching customers and asking for a sale in person & over the phone
• You must be able to promote gym memberships & retail
• Greet customers in a warm and engaging manner
• Set up client accounts, make sale callbacks, assist with scheduling, upload vaccination records, and other customer assistance using a MAC computer
• Educate our clients on the Zoom Room and its offerings, and help them find the best option for them to purchase
• Promote and sell appropriate retail items during and after classes
• Perform the day-to-day operations of the facility including stocking shelves, cleaning the gym, answering the phone and other client inquiries, and monitoring the front desk
• Assist with cleaning the gym including sweeping & mopping, maintaining a tidy work place
• Take client photos / videos for the store social media account
• Must have solid previous work experience with references.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Genuine interest in understanding canine behavior and continually improving training methods
• Keen observational and critical thinking skills with an ability to think on one’s feet
• Ability to physically handle dogs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retail & phone sales, and or fitness a plus!
