Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for both Emergency and Non-Emergency situations
- Manage and prioritize incoming trip orders and dispatch them to appropriate drivers
- Utilize transportation management systems to track and monitor vehicles
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with drivers, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure acurate transport
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency
- Process patient documentation
- Dispatch EMT and NEMT crews; provide them with necessary information for successful transport

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Experience in transportation planning or logistics preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
