 Drain/Sewer Install Technician Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Install drain and sewer pipes
  • Cut pipes to desired lengths
  • Cover pipes with earth or other materials
  • Grade and level trench bases, using tamping machines and hand tools
  • Excavation in order to lay pipes
  • Use of hand tools, digging equipment

Drain/Sewer Install Technician Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in excavation including pipe installation, pipe bursting, and pipe relining preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site 
  • Proper operation of excavation equipment such as a backhoe
  • Willingness to "get in the trenches" and expose lines by hand
  • Utilization of basic tools as well as sewer cleaning equipment, such as a sewer jet or Picote
  • Professional demeanor when onsite to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction

Drain/Sewer Install Technician Schedule | WHEN YOU’LL WORK

  • Full-time 
  • Day and evening shifts 
  • May include weekends and on call shifts at night
