Job Description:
As an experienced plumber at Zoom Drain, you will be responsible for diagnosing and
repairing plumbing issues, installing plumbing systems, drain cleaning and providing
outstanding customer service. You will work independently or as part of a team to
ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Additionally, you
may be required to provide guidance and mentorship to junior plumbing technicians as
needed.
Responsibilities:
● Perform inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of plumbing systems in residential
and commercial properties
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances
● Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
● Communicate effectively with clients to address their plumbing needs and
provide recommendations
● Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
● Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
● Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all
times
Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber
● Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various plumbing issues
● Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record
