Position Overview: 

This position will require the ability to receive, process, and put away materials, and products from the warehouse in accordance with customer demands and requirements. 

What you’ll do as the Receiving/ITAD Clerk: 

• Check in product, non-product, and supply receipts at receiving door.
• Identify and check ITAD products by customer projects.
• Remove, destroy, and collect data on ITAD customer hard drives.
• Verify PO receipts against Receiving tickets and assign appropriate warehouse bin locations.
• Move and store product in correct bin locations, and to make stock movements accurately and timely.
• Stack pallets to prevent damage in transit.
• Collect and report inventory quantities and variances.
• Take initiative and responsibility for area of work.
• Ability to work safely and in compliance with all documented policies and procedures. And, to report immediately any potential unsafe condition to supervisor.
• Additional duties as assigned by warehouse supervisors / managers.

What you will bring to the team: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year minimum experience in warehousing and inventory control or equivalent demonstration through temp to perm arrangement.
• Legal right to work with the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, staff, and public.
• Ability to interface effectively with other warehouse team members, other departments, customers, and contracted suppliers.
• Ability for heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to operate a PC (will train program specifics)
• Must be familiar with and capable of operating warehouse material handling equipment (i.e. hydraulic jack, forklift, hand truck, etc.) efficiently.
• Uses hydraulic jacks, forklifts, order pickers, hand trucks, random case sealers
• Uses PC’s, printers, bar code scanners
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations, where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to accurately perform assigned tasks
• Ability to perform duties and tasks with an awareness of all documented policies and procedures
• Ability to perform duties and tasks with an awareness of all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to promote harmonious working relationships with staff and outside business representatives
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
• U.S. DOT certification for driving delivery truck (only if authorized and approved )
