The Personal Property Technician will be responsible for the safe handling of contents in all stages of process.

• 2 years contents experience
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to drive box trucks

Responsibilities :

What You'll Be Doing :

• Manage loading and unloading trucks safely using proper protection to assure safe delivery of contents
• Identify, inventory, and photograph personal property. This includes identifying pre-exiting damages and documenting them
• Clean various types of contents
• Maintain a clean truck and work area
• Deconstruct / rebuild large furniture when necessary
• Lift, squat, pack, and carry boxes in adverse conditions (fire, soot, water, mold)
• Awareness of job site security and safety at all times
