We are seeking the expertise of an experienced Hospital Data Territory Manager to join our organization to sell our ZOLL® Care Exchange product. This individual will assume overall accountability for lead generation and development including prospecting, presentation of product demos, drafting RFPs and Proposals, and negotiating and closing deals. This position is an individual contributor and will be responsible for meeting territory sales goals. The territory will cover the western half of the US and would ideally be located centrally.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with senior-level decision-makers to source, nurture, and close new business in the ZOLL® Care Exchange product line.

  • Engaging with clients and prospects via email, calls, video conferencing, and in person

  • Showcasing ZOLL® Care Exchange solution via demonstrations and pilots that drive solution value

  • Overcome customers’ technical and business objections as necessary

  • Collaborate with Professional Services to evaluate training and consulting needs to support implementations

  • Prepare formal proposals showcasing our business impact.

  • Collaborating with internal resources to provide a great customer experience while onboarding new customers

  • Delivering on Weekly KPI targets

Required Skills:

  • 8 years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting & exceeding $1.0mil plus quotas.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with conceptual or strategic selling.

  • Experience selling software solutions to hospitals.

  • Proven success working from a remote office.

  • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently work a large geographic territory.

  • Expert ability to converse intelligently about software and hardware products and services.

  • Ability to travel upwards of 50% to facilitate in-person prospecting, product demonstrations, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building.

Salary for this position is $140,000-$150,000 annual base salary with 120K variable. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
