Job Summary

The Finance Pillar Product Owner is an entry level position working on ZOLL’s cloud-based EMS billing product. They will be working closely with the Finance Pillar Product Manager on the design, implementation, and release of our Billing solutions to the EMS market. This includes writing detailed requirements that support ZOLL’s strategic vision and working closely with the engineering teams to implement those requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, growth and expansion of our cloud-based RCM solutions
Assist in translation of the roadmap vision into solutions that solve our customers’ challenges in new and innovative ways
Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure alignment of product release plans and execution to mid and long-term vision for the portfolio
Contribute to, along with the product, engineering and user experience (UX) teams, making strategic design decisions and ensuring that overall functionality of the finished product delivers value and drives customer success
Help to facilitate customer and focus groups to understand the market problems in detail and to gather feedback regarding product direction
Establish, track and report on product KPIs for leadership
Work closely with other product owners (both within and across portfolios) to ensure integration requirements are successfully implemented
Deliver products that anticipate the needs of the marketplace and results against P&L objectives
Preparation and delivery of presentations to customers, vendors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Required

1 year(s) of Product experience and/or BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
Results driven self- starter with a personal commitment to set and meet high standards and challenging objectives
Ability to build a high-energy and engaging work culture for an agile team
Influential and persuasive, able to promote ideas and proposals and shape opinions
Innovative mindset, bringing forward new and creative ideas, making them a reality
Collaborative with the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and achieve actionable results through others
Passion for data and analytics and the ability to think strategically
Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Understanding of SaaS/cloud environment
Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, especially Agile
Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools
Experience working on products in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements

The minimum salary for this role is $85,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
