We are a non-profit Messianic-Jewish, evangelical ministry in North Dallas. "Our Jewish Roots" is our weekly national television program. We mail two monthly newsletters and ship Bible-teaching materials including books, DVDs, and praise & worship music . We are a pro-Israel organization who believes in both the Old and New Testaments.

Responsibilities:
- Open mail, process payments, and enter data
- Review and reconcile daily reports
- Communicate with supporters by phone and email, accept donations, and process orders
- Coordinate with fellow workers to ensure timely and accurate reports and records

- Occasionally assemble and mail small packages

- Assist with month-end closing procedures

Skills:
- Typing 40 wpm on a 5-minute typing test

- Data Entry or similar work experience
- Use of custom database with on-the-job training

- Strong attention to detail for accurate posting
- Excellent phone etiquette and diplomatic communication

We have a mellow, drama-free office environment in which staffers routinely assist one another as needed. There's no smoking or cussing, and our low turnover has resulted in low turnover and some of us working here until retirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
