Job Title : Seasonal NYC Event Staff ($20 / hr)

ZogCulture is seeking vibrant and outgoing part-time event staff, known at ZogCulture as our "Culture Crew." Join our community full of artists, creatives, and professionals to facilitate unforgettable corporate team building experiences! Spend your summer hosting activities and games at corporate Boat Parties and Field Days.

You will be responsible for event set-up and breakdown, facilitating participant check-in, and ensuring that corporate event attendees have an amazing time.

Responsibilities :

• Run team-building activities and games in a fun and engaging way
• Set-up and breakdown events in an organized manner
• Facilitate orderly participant check-in process
• Support event participants throughout the event and ensure they are comfortable and enjoying themselves whether they need directions, are curious about the event schedule or are looking for a casual conversation

Qualifications :

• Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
• Professional demeanor and comfort with corporate audience
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with ease
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading groups
