Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Salary: Up to $57.66 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
