Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and medical documentation, providing exceptional care to patients in need of rehabilitation services.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient responses and outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on post-rehabilitation care strategies.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and anatomy knowledge.
- Experience in cardiac catheterization, pain management, IV insertion, and infant care.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and patient-centered care approaches.
