Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a key leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and address any concerns or issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with medication protocols
- Assist with complex medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization, spinal taps, IV infusions, etc.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and provide necessary treatments as needed
- Provide health coaching to patients and their families

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid nursing license in the state of [LOCATION]
