Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, payroll management, and data entry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while resolving any discrepancies.
Timekeeping Oversight: Maintain precise employee time records and manage integrations with payroll systems.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for payroll and timekeeping queries, ensuring clear communication across departments.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel and Google Suite for reporting and documentation, and support the adoption of new payroll technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google suite (mail, sheets, docs)
• Experience with automated timekeeping systems (Kronos/UKG)
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
Minimum Qualifications
• Payroll Experience 3-5 years
• Timekeeping Experience 1 year
