2. Quality Document Review and preparation for Product
3. Quality Quote and Contract Reviews
• Inspection Reports for product conformity
• First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102)
• Test Procedures
• Document Review
• Creation of Compliance Matrix
• Support Continuous Improvement/Lean Projects/Problem Solving
• Attend schedule/production meetings
• Support Department Responsibility (ring & Lead, Casting, Paint)
• Quality History Tag Disposition
• Perform internal audits as required
• Moog Quality Management System • Engineering Change Order Approval • Engineering Drawing Reviews • Production Planning Reviews • Item Data Supplier Quality Requirements (SQAPS assignments) • Customer Quote Reviews • Contract Review • Completion of Compliance Matrices supporting quotes and contract reviews • Supplier Corrective Action Response Accountability • Customer Communication • Participate in customer visits through both leadership and support roles • Support internal/external audits • Occasional travel • Short term leadership/stretch assignments • Fundamental knowledge of business systems and associated software systems. • Support internal meetings as necessary • Quality Statistics for Value Stream
