Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to a severely autistic individual in their own homes. Your role will be crucial in helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. It is essential to be able to have experience with severe behavioral challenges and experience with restraints is a must. Experience in a facility setting would be an advantage.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up, environment cleanliness is a very big part of this position.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisors/family members is a must.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or family members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facility or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help disabled individuals
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
