ZIWA is Hiring a Project Superintendent Near Brownsville, TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Project Superintendent will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction and proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Duties:
- Provide on-site leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

-Coordinate and schedule all construction activities in accordance with project plans, and specifications.

- Ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and regulations.

- Monitor project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project success
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among all project stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns

-Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Science or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

- OSHA-30-Hour certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
