Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and construction estimating. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents - Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to ensure projects stay within financial parameters - Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Manage project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and budget modifications - Utilize project management software such as ProCore to track project milestones and communicate with team members Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera - Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid - Excellent blueprint reading skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.
