Description

Overview:

A Site Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.

Primary Duties:

  • Engage customers and sell products & services.
  • Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
  • Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
  • Oversee training of Customer Service Associates, LCSAs, and ASMs.
  • Coach and role play to effectively teach winning sales techniques.
  • Assist District Managers with hiring and onboarding of CSAs, LCSAs, and ASMs.
  • Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance.
  • Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
  • Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies.
  • Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
  • Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.

  • Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.

Qualifications


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of retail or sales leadership experience
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Available for traveling and overnight stays between markets as needed

Physical Demands:

  • Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
  • Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
