Zippia, Inc is Hiring an Applications Analyst Near Mount Pleasant, PA

Position: Entry Level Application Analyst
In this role, you will assist in resolving software inquiries via phone or email for all supported applications. You'll support end users, including software implementations, troubleshooting, software trainings, and electronic data billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients regarding software and data issues via phone or remote access.
  • Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries.
  • Analyze client issues and determine the best resolution.
  • Troubleshoot, replicate, and develop workarounds for client issues.
  • Document and communicate software errors or improvement suggestions to the development team.
  • Use Knowledge Management database to find solutions to issues.
  • Conduct virtual software training for new and existing customers via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Assist in new product pilots and rollouts.
  • Aid in electronic data billing to 3rd party state and federal systems.
  • Mentor and train newly hired colleagues.
  • Develop internal documentation to support new features and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Obtain annual HIPAA Certification (paid for by our client).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree (college Seniors are preferred)

  • Excellent analytical skills
