Store Clerk Specialist: Part Time
$17.00 Hour

Hours: Closing Shift 2:30-6:30PM Monday-Friday

The Store Clerk Specialist will assist customers through the pickup and check out process and provide support to customers through phone calls and emails. This role will also include locating, organizing, and moving products.

Responsibilities:

• Locating, organizing, and moving boxes
• Handle credit card transactions with customers
• Retrieve goods and collect payments
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Issue change, receipts, or refunds
• Redeem Store Credits
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
• Answer customers' questions and get a manager if an answer doesn't solve the issue
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned
