Position Title : Sales Recruiter (Temporary)

Job Summary

The Temporary Sales Recruiters will contribute to the company’s success by attracting, sourcing, and recruiting for current and future organizational needs.

Partner with the leadership teams to meet staffing objectives and develop cost effective recruiting strategies that result in quickly filling open positions with qualified candidates.

This position is projected to last approximately 12 months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.

  • Collaborate with team members / hiring managers to understand business plans, open positions, and talent streams
  • Perform some or all phases of sourcing, recruiting, candidate review support and offer process for all open positions
  • Conduct candidate assessments, pre-employment screening and interviews as needed
  • Develop job requisition and approval process for current phase of the company
  • Update, maintain and keep on track with the overall company hiring plan
  • Escalate roadblocks to meeting the hiring plan and filling open positions
  • Manually track and report on applicant status by open position
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgment and discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years’ experience as a full cycle recruiter in a fast-paced organization
  • 2 years recruiting for high-volume entry-level sales position in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting in telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Strong experience in creative talent sourcing utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, and others.
  • Collaborative and service focused, comfortable working with employees at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently while achieving hiring metrics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within critical deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.

The work is primarily a modern office setting.
