Seeking CNC DEPARTMENT LEAD , CNC Mill Setup and program

Expanding State of the Art precision CNC manufacturer is seeking a motivated growth orientated CNC mill lead person. Prototype development as well as production oversite. New 2022 Mazak Horizontal Pallettech system with 24 pallet pool is in place along with several Mazak mill centers. FMS systems for automated machining with tool life management for extended unattended lights out manufacturing.

CNC Department Lead expectations:

Tight tolerance work for medical, aerospace , DOD contract and firearms companies. High attention to detail and documentation. Proficient in cnc milling , understanding of blue prints and GD&T. Capable of setting up repeat jobs as well as new jobs. Program writing or editing with knowledge of Fanuc G-Code and Mazatrol desirable. MasterCam is a plus. Understanding of tooling, part processing and inspecting of parts. Instruction of job to operators and overseeing the production run.

Days: Monday - Friday 7-3:30

Overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
