JOB DUTIES:

• Developing high-end craft and import brands in the market
• Sampling in liquor stores and bars with owners, management, and customers
• Coordinating festivals and events
• Assisting sales team with samplings and new placements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Specializing in knowledge of the high-end craft and import brands and implementing them within the market

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Employee does not pose a direct threat to the safety or health of him/herself or of others
• Ability to be issued and hold an Indiana Salesman’s Permit Pursuant to 905 IAC 1-8
• Must be able to constantly maintain a motor vehicle record that is satisfactory to management
• Must be able to constantly maintain a motor vehicle record that meets requirements of company’s insurance carriers
• Able to work flexible hours
• Previous Management/Supervisory experience required
• Leadership fundamentals in managing people
• Strong Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
• Previous Merchandising Experience preferred

High School Degree or College Degree preferred
