Review sales calls for errors, missed sales opportunities and coaching opportunities.
Conduct detailed audits of sales procedures and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Document audit results, compile reports, and communicate findings to sales agents and management.
Ensure that sales processes align with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Work closely with the sales team to implement audit recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Audit Experience: Previous experience in sales auditing or a similar role is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of sales regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
