Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Roberts, WI. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for rigging, welding, machining, and fabricating various metal components. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, and shaping metal using various tools and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Rig and weld metal components together using appropriate welding techniques
- Operate machinery such as press brake machines for sheet metal forming
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in rigging, welding, machining, and fabricating metal components
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with pipe threading and sheet metal work is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
