Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) for accurate billing - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests - Monitor table turnover and assist with bussing tables as needed - Handle cash transactions and process payments using cash registers - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Skills: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.
