Paralegal - Experienced -
Busy law firm is seeking a paralegal to handle all facets of cases from intake to trial preparation as well as appeals. This is a litigation firm that handles personal injury, matrimonial/family law, real estate litigation, federal litigation and commercial litigation.
- Candidates should be organized, detail oriented, friendly and professional.
- Experience working as a litigation paralegal is required.
- Candidate will handle intakes, file setup, drafting of litigation documents, discovery, calendaring, e filing, motions, phones and other litigation and administrative tasks.
- Excellent opportunity to learn new skills and new areas of law.
- Experience with matrimonial law preferred, but not required.
- Candidate must have excellent computer skills.
