General Responsibilities:

• Return DI & CI SOL implants and instruments in ERP system (SMS)
• Follow Quality Assurance (QA) steps to ensure surgical instrument trays are returned complete
• Complete missing instrument spreadsheet and communicate with sales teams when missing or broken items are identified
• Physically restock shelves with returned product and restock
• Validate implant kits
• Ensure that inventory is completely and accurately bin mapped to the correct shelf (bin) locations in SMS
• Utilize handheld scanner to build cases assigned to handheld
• Assist Surgical Coordinators and Asset department in various warehousing, shipping, stocking, and order picking activity
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Resource Planning software programs to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory
• Collaborate with departments across functions: supply chain, delivery, warehouse, operations and asset to fulfill orders
• Boxing, packing, labeling, shipping instruments, and using shipping programs as needed.
• Deliver / pickup inventory including restock and make emergency delivery to the appropriate facility in a safe and accurate manner on an as needed basis
• May be required to participate in an on call rotation as we are a 24/7 provider of medical implants.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.34 - $17.14 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
