The Business Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge electric and autonomous tractors to customer farms. Reporting directly to the Office of the CEO, this role encompasses program management of production, quality control, and logistics, guaranteeing the fulfillment of weekly and monthly delivery targets. The successful candidate will collaborate across multifunctional teams, fostering streamlined processes, efficient operations, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Beyond delivery management, the Business Operations Associate will contribute to financial tracking, company metric maintenance, and support cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Manage tractor deliveries to customer farms, closely monitoring production, quality control, deployment, and logistics processes.
• ·Identify and address blockers across Production, Quality Control, and Logistics, ensuring timely resolution to prevent delivery delays.
• ·Collaborate with teams to develop short-term and long-term delivery plans, meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• ·Streamline delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• ·Collaborate with the finance team to track and maintain key company metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• ·Assist in forecasting future scenarios, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation.
• ·Contribute to cross-functional projects, including new market and product launches, by establishing efficient processes and workflows.
• ·Embrace a mission-driven mindset, displaying eagerness, discipline, and problem-solving capabilities in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ·Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Economics, Business Management, or other related field.
• ·Some prior experience in program management, operations, or related roles is preferred but not necessary.
• ·Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex challenges and drive data-driven solutions.
• ·Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in planning and execution.
• ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, promoting effective collaboration across teams.
• ·Proactive and adaptable nature, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
