Technical Lead_Cloud DB Administrator Specialist

Duration: 6 months. Opportunity for conversion OR extension.

Location: The Client highly prefers candidates to be onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA OR Plano, TX OR Atlanta, GA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Years of experience: 7

Must Have: Postgres Aurora, MongoDB Atlas, AWS, CFT, Terraform, Understanding of VPC (Virtual Private Cloud), Cloud Automation development Preferred: Understanding of Neptune, Dynamo, Document DB

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of Cloud architecture, end points, VPC, Security groups etc.
• Skilled at creating and modifying Cloud formation templates.
• Skilled at creating new Terraform templates.
• Experience in designing Aurora Postgres and Mongo Atlas databases.
• Experience in maintaining and improving backups, restore process.
• Experience with Aurora 5 7 years.
• Experience with Mongo Atlas 5 7 years.
• Experience with CFT development 5 7 years.
• Good working knowledge of Cloud security elements, IAM roles etc.
• New technology assessment skills.
• Understanding of Neptune, Dynamo, Document DB.
