Project Manager ( Medicaid / Medicare Program Required )

Location : Remote and Onsite Once in 2 weeks ( Baltimore, MD)

Duration : 2 years plus extensions

The Senior Project Manager will provide broad project and program management support across all aspects of the Program lifecycle, including the creation of project management deliverables, coordination of comprehensive project plans, risk analysis and mitigation, resource allocation and scheduling, and management of the team's adherence to the project statement of work, quality assurance surveillance plan, and schedule of deliverables. 

The Project Manager Sr will be responsible for:

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of all scheduled tasks and products
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive risk management plan and issues resolution approaches across task specific Programs and Project plans
• Maintain day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
• Triage client requests to task leads and take ownership of task timelines, QA/QC procedures, and deliveries
• Assist the Program management team in the creation and maintenance of SOPs, data collection systems, tools, and QA/QC procedures
• Monitor/manage software and service agreements/licenses
• Support the management of project budget
• Coordinate talent identification and hiring

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Medicare and Medicaid is a MUST
• Experience managing multiple project teams
• Well versed with both Enterprise SAFe Agile and SDLC
• Experience managing teams with more than 50 people and budgets of at least $10 million annually
• Experience ensuring adherence to the requirements of a performance-based contract, including meeting the acceptable quality levels of a quality assurance surveillance plan and delivering in accordance with a schedule of deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and to establishing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with clients and stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA
• Experience working in a HealthCare Insurance Industry
• Knowledge of CIPA, FERPA, and HIPAA regulations
