Data Network Engineer Senior

Duration: 9 months. Opportunity for extension or conversion.

Location: Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Years of experience: 5

Must Haves: 5 years of experience with automation using Python and Big Data frameworks. Observability experience is a must have. Strong experience with network visibility and monitoring tools is a must. Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git). Familiarity with AIOps and Machine Learning is plus. Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience with automation using Python and Big Data frameworks.
• Strong experience with network visibility and monitoring tools, Network Traffic Analyzer, and network management protocols (e.g. SNMP, WMI, Syslog, ICMP, NetFlow).
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git).
• 2 years of experience in configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of network Switches and Routers, Load Balancers, NextGen Firewalls etc.
• Familiarity with AIOps and Machine Learning is plus.
