Job Description:

As an Events and Experiential Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Your focus will be on individual sales, establishing relationships with local small businesses, community organizations, events, festivals, property management, and veterans groups. Utilizing your advanced knowledge of our offerings and sales process experience, you will maximize sales and effectively work assigned locations.

Core Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products and effectively promote and sell them to individual customers at assigned locations.

- Build rapport with customers, evaluate their existing and potential needs, and make recommendations based on their requirements.

- Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and competitive advantages over other service providers.

- Stay up-to-date on competitive offerings and effectively communicate the benefits of Comcast to customers.

- Develop and execute site management plans independently, demonstrating expertise in sales techniques.

- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the local market, organizing daily sales activities and generating business through approved lead generation methods.

- Consistently demonstrate success in an event based sales environment, with a focus on business-to-consumer sales.

- Exhibit a thorough understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.

- Possess effective communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with strong technical capability.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.

- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

- Passion for technology and a desire to learn.

- Motivated problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Total Target Compensation (Base Incentives plus Targeted Commission): $79,000.00
