Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Ops & Financial Analysis, the Accounting Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely management of customer, vendor, material, and equipment master data within our systems that would support the operations of the business, including AR collection. Duties would include multiple functions within Ziehm-Orthoscan’s SAP ERP system, Salesforce and ServiceMax.

Essential Functions:

Create, update, and maintain accurate Master Data, within SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Work with large amounts of data to ensure billing accuracy, audit data on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy.
Contact customers and vendors to validate the information provided or gather missing data as needed.
Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
Monitor accounts receivable reports and update payment status information related to collections on past due accounts.
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales to resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line.
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting integrity processes.
Coordinate with sales specialist team for timely processing of unit installation paperwork.
Ensures compliance to departmental policies, procedures, functions and established practices as per the quality systems manual, SOP’s Work Instructions, FDA, etc. to maximize product quality.
Other special projects assigned by the Director of Commercial Ops & Financial Analysis

Basic Qualifications:

Education

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree desirable.

Experience:

2 years of experience in clerical accounting and data management.
Minimum 1 year of collection experience.
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax and SAP preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft office to include Excel.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a professional office environment.
Business hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm this position works on site.
May require PPE and periodic exposure to low dose radiation.
