Ziegler Industries, Inc. is seeking both experienced and entry level Industrial Insulators. We provide training programs which integrate class room training and on the job training. Along with a detailed path for advancement in the company.
Responsibilities:
Working in Industrial environments such as: Oil & Gas Facilities, Refineries, Power Plants, Petro-Chemical and Food & Beverage.
Applying, removing and repairing multiple types of industrial insulation materials. Fabricating and installing aluminum and stainless steel insulation jacketing parts on industrial equipment, pipes, storage tanks and vessels.
All training courses are provided in English. Candidates must be able to train and test in English.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Beneficial Work Experience:
Beneficial Work Skills:
Sheet metal layout knowledge and experience working with sheet metal tools.
Knowledge and experience with industrial insulation materials and the industrial applications. Such materials as Fiberglass, Calcium Silicate, Mineral Wool, Foamglas, Trymer, Pyrogel, Cryogel.
Beneficial Equipment Training:
Forklift
Aerial Lifts (man Lifts)
Class A or Class B Driver’s License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF AN INDUSTRIAL INSULATOR: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina.
Hours: Full Time, 50-60 hours per week.
Pay: $15-$28 Hourly. Rate Depending On Experience.
