The Concrete Finisher is responsible for carrying out logistics, equipment and material handling and assisting with installation of work and concrete placement all under the direction of jobsite supervisors.

The Concrete Finisher will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. • Performs General Labor Duties
• Ties rebar
• Coordinates, and Executes Placement of Concrete
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications
• Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage. (Preferred)
• Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Finishes concrete surfaces using power trowel; rub and patch concrete to meet quality standards
• Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, slabs, elevated slabs, and sitework
• Spread concrete to specified depth and workable consistency
• Levels, smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straight edge, float, machine trowels, and/or power screed
• Lull operator's license (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
