To achieve our vision, we are searching for ambitious Community Alliance Associates who have a Bachelor’s Degree and who ideally speak Spanish along with superb interpersonal skills and proven organizational abilities.

Deliver incredible results

As a Community Alliance Associate, you will be an ambassador of Zeta’s burgeoning brand and a catalyst for all school community communications. As a part of the school operations team, you must foster relationships with students, staff, families, and other stakeholders in order to ensure all members of the community feel welcomed, informed, and included. 

You will serve as the nucleus of all school communication and event planning, and with the support of the Operations Director at your school, you will create and adhere to processes designed for operational excellence and efficiency. Projects and tasks include managing the school calendar, overseeing student enrollment, and compiling and distributing weekly parent communications and newsletters.

This role will also be responsible for serving as the point person in our front office, ensuring all Zeta visitors receive world-class service.
