Summary

Zepto is currently looking for a Marketing & Administrative Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both office support functions and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting office operations and marketing efforts. This is a Summer 2024 internship opportunity expecting to start in June 2024 and end in August 2024.

Essential Duties

  • Aid in marketing initiatives, such as social media management, content creation, and executing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing facility maintenance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Ensure facilities maintenance and office organization to maintain a clean and functional workspace.
  • Provide assistance during company events, meetings, and special projects as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Creativity and a passion for marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous office support or marketing experience or coursework is a plus, but not required.
