Position Overview

Zephyr Lock is a division of the Wind Group located in Newtown, CT. We are seeking a Marketer with a dynamic skillset for a Marketing Coordinator position. The roleis a critical position in the organization and reports to the Business Development Manager, Zephyr Lock. The Marketing Coordinator will additionally interact with Finance, Sales, and Engineering. Major duties include executing the Zephyr Lock brand engagement strategy and maintaining the brand integrity across all the Company’s marketing initiatives, communications, and customer interactions. Additional duties include market research, competitive analysis, product development support, and monitoring brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Map out consumer touchpoints to understand how customers and consumers interact with the brand.
• Plan and execute all communication across a variety of marketing mediums or platforms.
• Design relevant content and consistent brand messaging for customer engagement and communications.
• Increase engagement with existing customer base via touchpoint campaign calendar.
• Develop lead generation programs leveraging SEO and SEM understanding and agency leadership skills.
• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from ideation though execution.
• Test the quality of emails and social media posts and ensure internal CRM flow.
• Analyzing campaign results through key performance indicators (KPI).
• Monitor the performance of the brand through key performance indicators (KPI).
• Coordinate, lead, plan, and attend trade shows.
• Develop Sales, Marketing, technical and product usage training documents.
• Lead marketing in support renovation and new product launches.
• Manage relevant P&L budget line items.
• Work closely with Agency partners.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• College degree in Marketing
• Experience in website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM, and lead generation.
• Website design and E-Commerce experience a plus
• Building products category experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting
• Strong analytical skills and reliance on data to drive decision making
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow organizational capabilities
• Energetic personality and self-starter
• Proficiency software including Microsoft Office, ERP systems (MS Dynamics/Oracle), Canva or other similar platforms, HTML and CSS, Adobe acrobat, word press
• Newtown CT Location with one day per week WFH
• Some limited travel
