We are a Small Hospice/Mobile Medical practice looking to hire immediately, a CNA with Hospice experience, also to be trained as back-up (as needed) Medical Assistant. Experience and/or certification a plus. CNA role requires weekly visits to our Hospice patients who reside in facilities and assisted living care homes throughout the valley. Additionally, if you have front desk experience/certification in a medical office, you will be trained for part-time work when you are not visiting patients, the rate of pay is TBD based on office experience. This opportunity is a possible combination of office hours (as needed) and Hospice CNA visits. Your schedule forPer Diem Hospice CNA visits will be based on the patient census. Front desk office work includes answering phones, returning emails, filing, requesting labs and hospital records and setting up new patients in the system. Previous experience with Kinnser and Practice Fusion would be a plus.

Proof of current CNA certification, TB TEST, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, proof of covid-19 vaccinations, and a clear background check (we provide background check) are required.
