Zenopa Recruitment is Hiring a Field Biomedical Technician Near Houston, TX

Their certified engineers take great pride in providing the best service, preventative maintenance, repair, and removal services of biomedical and imaging equipment.

Job Brief

Our client is looking for a Biomedical Equipment Technician based out of Houston, Texas that can maintain assigned medical equipment and support systems in hospital and ASC environments, provide great customer service, and is willing to travel.

Responsibilities

· Quickly respond to support requests. Diagnoses resolve and close medical equipment issues according to service level guidelines.

· Provide great customer service by interviewing customers to determine the nature and scope of the issue and the appropriate response.

· Performs routine safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.

· Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.

· Required to have excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

· Complete proper documentation of work completed to meet customer’s accreditation requirements

Qualification

· Required education: High School degree or equivalent

· Required minimum work experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

· Required Licensure/Certification: None required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
