Job Summary: We are in search of a versatile and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Zennova Media. This multifaceted role requires a candidate who is not only skilled in filming and editing but also capable of directing and stepping in front of the camera when needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content tailored for various platforms, enhancing each of our client’s brand narratives and engaging their target audiences. You will work closely with our team to develop visual content that seamlessly integrates with strategic objectives and resonates powerfully across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce video content for campaigns, promotional videos, and social media platforms in both vertical and horizontal formats.
• Create engaging video concepts for various brands and their target audiences.
• Build outlines, scripts, and storyboards for videos in the pre-production stage and clearly communicate those ideas to key stakeholders.
• Operate video cameras, on-location audio equipment, drone equipment, and other video production equipment.
• Clearly communicate and direct others in front of the camera lens to bring about quality visual and audible content.
• Handle post-production tasks including editing, color correction, graphics, and audio mixing.
• Collaborate with the team via project management software to understand project scopes, objectives, and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion.
• Ensure consistent style and high quality in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest trends in video production, social media, and editing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud Apps.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, motion graphics, and editing principles.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive both in collaborative team settings and independently.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide solutions quickly.
