Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in implementing innovative and complex technological solutions. Your expertise in modern software development methodologies, hands-on experience with emerging technologies, and proficiency in various software development tools will be instrumental in driving our projects to success. An active Public Trust clearance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead architecture design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's projects.
Drive adoption of modern software development methodologies such as Agile and DevSecOps.
Utilize hands-on experience with emerging technologies including AI, Gen AI, RPA, and ML to enhance project capabilities.
Develop and maintain software solutions using microservices architecture, low-code/no-code tools, Angular, React, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
Strong proficiency in modern software development methodologies such as Agile and DevSecOps.
Hands-on experience with emerging technologies including AI, Gen AI, RPA, and ML.
Extensive experience in software development using microservices architecture, low-code/no-code tools, Angular, React, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Active Public Trust clearance is a big plus.
