Zenith Services is Hiring a Governance Risk Compliance Analyst Near Framingham, MA
Hybrid Preferred (1-2 days onsite at the Framingham, MA Office), open to Remote candidates
- Working with Staples’ customers and partners to address their security and compliance needs.
- Supporting the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team with broad involvement in risk management operations.
- Provide direct customer request response including monitoring the Customer Trust mailbox and escalating requests as needed.
- Responding to customer inquiries through a platform or spreadsheet
- Interface with business units, procurement, legal, customers and vendors to ensure that security goals and policies are enforced and communicated
Skills:
- Ability to provide security and compliance expertise to existing and prospective customers.
- Ability to contribute to security documentation.
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical business teams on security-related processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
- Prior Governance Risk and Compliance or Legal experience preferred
- Prior Cyber Security or Technology experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
