Zenith Healthcare Services Inc. is Hiring a Nurse Near Centreville, VA

Zenith Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses who are compassionate, kind and with excellent customer service, who is willing to go above and beyond their duties. Your duties would include participating in the planning and coordination of patient care in conjunction with the Clinical Director and the physician's plan of care and orders.

Responsibilities

· Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders.

· Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with plan of care.

· Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.

· Prepare clinical/progress notes and all required documentation.

· Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient.

· Perform all duties and responsibilities, always adhering to company policies.

· Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event. Example accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition.

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing

· Current state license as an RN in good standing

· Current CPR certification

· At least ONE year experience as a Home Health Nurse

· Ability to pass Level 2 background & drug screening check

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Flexibility in work duties and schedule

· Ability to lift and move patients

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: RN - $65

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Axxess Software: 1 year (Required)
