Who You Are

We are looking for Sr Product Managers who are tremendously passionate about forward-looking and futuristic technology solutions and are able to tie them back into the world of finances. You love to go the extra mile to make sure your work is done with the highest excellence for every Zeni customer. You will work closely with founders of the most disruptive tech startups in the industry. The Zeni team goes the extra mile to drive the customer experience through technology and financial acumen.

What You'll Do

• Deliver industry-leading products and user experiences by combining a deep understanding of business strategy with creative product strategy and technical acumen.
• Develop relationships with customers (external and internal), gather and understand their feedback on existing products and unmet needs, conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, and complete understanding of the problems they need to solve. Using this data and acquired intuition to plan, prioritize and scope our products to deliver the right solutions.
• Own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch.
• Work very closely with Engineering and QA teams to assign and prioritize sprints, manage backlogs and help launch products in the given timeframe.
• Develop communications material, value propositions, and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externally.
• Advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
• Define and deliver on key success metrics for your products.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 4 years product management experience in a SaaS or Technology environment
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers towards a common goal
• Experience analyzing data using software like Mix panel
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for talking to end-users and understanding their world
• Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader, a great partner to all functions
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful products
• The desire to work at an early-stage startup and have significant product ownership
• An entrepreneurial, customer-focused product mindset
