Location:- Fortuna, CA 95540

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)

Pay rate:- $54 - $59/hr W2.

Floating is required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set!

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

• Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the Medical-Surgical unit, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and monitor patients' conditions, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in their health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques, promoting health literacy and patient empowerment.

Requirements for Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

• Min 1 year of experience
• Valid RN License
• BLS, ACLS, BCLS
• Covid card.
