We are looking for a proactive Engineer/Analyst to support an Air Dominance acquisition program office at NAS Patuxent River, MD. In this position, you will be managing the air-to-air weapon flight clearance process in a dynamic, hard-working, and fun environment.

Manage and coordinate flight clearance process for weapons, test assets, and aircraft
• Liaise with Navy aircraft integration stakeholders
• Prepare aircraft integration-related documentation
• Coordinate with and support USAF-led air-to-air acquisition program office at Eglin AFB, FL (work site is at Pax River, MD).

• Bachelors degree in a technical field such as engineering , mathematics, physics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of technical/management/development/integration experience with aircraft, weapons, and/or operations, with 2 of those years occurring within the last 3 years; appropriate educational background may be substituted for this experience
• Knowledge of DoD systems, aircraft integration, and/or safety of flight requirements
• Knowledge of Naval Aviation aircraft systems (preferably F-18/F-35) and/or subsystems and/or components; ability to perform analysis and documentation
• Have or ability to maintain a DoD TOP SECRET clearance (SCI eligible); SECRET will be considered

• This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
