Zen Windows Portland is actively seeking to fill a Relationship Development Specialist
position. This candidate will assist in creating and maintaining B2B and B2C
relationships for Zen Windows, with a focus on Real Estate agents, Homeowner
Associations, property managers, and community managers. The ideal candidate will
thrive in a highly creative, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment. We are seeking an
individual who has experience with the following responsibilities – sales, door-to-door
sales, marketing, or related field. Zen Windows provides high-end windows and doors to
homeowners, builders, and contractors. We're proud of our 5-star rating on Google and
need help furthering our reputation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Create, build, and maintain key relationships with target customers.
● Leverage those relationships to drive new business for the company and
earnings for you!
● Follow up on high-level leads, make initial contacts, network, build a commercial
customer base, and collaborate with the team to organize and track relationships
and gain new business.
● Document and track all processes and customer progress in our CRM.
● Be the face of Zen Windows Portland – Attend networking events, create
relationships with community managers and real estate agents.
● Attend internal and external events including BNI events, HOA events, Home
Improvement events, community involvement, etc.
● Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications :
● 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
● Strong verbal communication skills
● Superior organizational and time management skills
● Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently but also be comfortable
working in a team-based and collaborative environment.
● Must be available to work occasional evening and weekend networking events.
Compensation:
Uncapped Commissions earned after Base Salary.
